Minecart contraption disappearance and invisible block collisons

Describe the Bug
At time of activation of a minecart contraption using a lever to power a cart assembler cart behaves as normal. Once deactivated the contraption becomes invisible but still behaves as if blocks are present.(Cannot pass through) When the super glue is equipped the pattern of the contraption remains in glue outline. If the assembler is broken the contraption remains invisible but still behaves as if blocks are present (can't walk through). If any block is placed where the machine is (still invisible) that block becomes blocks of the contraption and re-appear. Also see the train picture. The train is to the right in the image and there is a duplicate of some of the blocks on the left that are left behind as the train leaves.
Reproduction Steps
1.Make contraption with cart assembler and track including drills and plow and cart with furnace
2. activate cart assembler with lever
3. Deactivate cart assembler (contraption will disappear)
4. Pt. 2 Make a train and activate
5. Move train using controller (a duplicate of some of the blocks are left behind)
...
Expected Result
Contraption becomes entity and behaves like machine on rail when cart assembler gets power. Becomes block assembly when deactivated allowing for interaction with individual blocks.

I have also removed all client side mods that involve entity culling, FPS boosting, and light engine improvements. No change.
