Extreme amouts of Lag

Describe the Bug

A player built the super-steam engine from the following Video
Minecraft | Tutorial | Create Mod 0.5 | Steam Power Generator

The Forge 1.18.2 Server we're running seems to be doing fine, but every client within the Simulation Distance of the Engine is experiencing massive FPS drops.

Update: We've discovered this is due to the sound, if the sound is turned off, the FPS return

Update #2: We've discovered this issue is lessened by taking out the Sound Physics Mod, though our performance is still massively hindered, all of us are running high-end PCs with rather capable GPUs and CPUs.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Make a Forge 1.18.2 Server
  2. Build the Machine
  3. Lag for everyone involved

Unplayable amounts of lag

Turns out a vast majority of said lag came from the Soundphysics mod, likely due to the many Sounds being created by the Steam Engine. I won't close the issue just yet, as that is still a bit of an issue, even if it doesn't directly relate to the original problem.
