Moving a rope pulley in a contraption crashes the game

Describe the Bug
The game crashes when trying to move a rope pulley in a contraption like a mechanical bearing or a gantry, and if the gantry / mechanical bearing is powered by a constant stress generator it causes the world to be locked by it crashing on loading the level
Reproduction Steps
Any contraption with a rope pulley like this one:
will crash as soon as it starts moving
Expected Result
In earlier versions of create the rope pulley being moved would not cause the game to crash
