Dupe Bug with effortless building

Describe the Bug
if any effortless building modes are active replace or line for example you can dupe any create item with its content by shift right clicking
Reproduction Steps
- install create, effortless building
- activate any mode for example line mode
- try picking up create blocks with the wrench
- behold free items/blocks
Expected Result
either nothing or block picked up
