No subtitles for steam whistles

Describe the Bug
When in a train, the sprint key sounds a steam whistle if connected. However, there doesn't appear to be subtitles for this.
Reproduction Steps
- Enable subtitles
- Sound a train whistle
Expected Result
Something like "Steam Whistle sounds"
