Allow barrel variants to be used in the fluid tank and item vault recipes.

Describe the Suggestion
Barrel variants such as the ones from Better Nether do not work in the recipe for the fluid tank or item vault.
This can be fixed by using '#c:barrels/wooden' tag in the recipes instead of 'minecraft:barrel' item reference.
