Create mod Train Cars Not Rendering On Server

### Describe the Bug
Train cars behind the main engine are gone after leaving render distance and returning, unless you fly over to where they were. More details in next section
### Reproduction Steps
I have a train with a main engine and 2 train cars behind it. However, when the train leaves render distance and comes back into render distance, only the main engine is rendered. in fact, the collisions of the train cars dont work wither. The train cars seem to sit on the edge of the render distance frozen until I get close to them, at which point the train cars will disappear and will now be on the train.

This is a picture of the engine, and the frozen train car is the far one. The engine had come to behind my angle, passed me and was going back towards where it came from when this screenshot was taken. That train car should be attached to the engine, along with one other.

All mods in the Balanced Eternal modpack.
Caused by a Rubidium extras feature. Crank up Max entity distance to be 16 x your render distance plus a couple. Example: 16 chunks - Max entity distance 168 (Lowest you can make it past 160 blocks.)
I'm having this issue in 1.19.2 in the modpack "all the mods 8" which doesnt have Rubidium extras
Same issue here, with an AMD GPU on a ATM 8 server.
Some more information :
Disassembling and reassembling the train at the station, or going away and coming back allows to re-display the carts (sometimes being next to it and looking in another direction) will make it re-appear
If I am ever in the train, the carts do not disappear.
