Mechanical saw cuts trees from Dynamic Trees mod, but doesn't make them drop any item

Describe the Bug
When playing with both Create and Dynamic Trees mods, cutting trees using mechanical saw doesn't make them drop anything.
Reproduction Steps
- Have a fully grown tree (dynamic trees one)
- Use a powered mechanical saw on a tree
Expected Result
Tree would fall and drop items
