Describe the Bug

I have created a steam engine with four blaze burners that I feed with charcoal using deployers. When I leave the area long enough for the blaze burners to "cool down" and the machine have get new fuel and starts to speed up the server crashes. I'll have a log added to this issue later.
Worth pointing out is that the mod It Shall Not Tick has been added to the server and as I understand (I don't have access to the logs) it is mentioned in the logs together with create and ticking entities.

Reproduction Steps

1. Make a steam engine
2. Leave area for a little while
3. Go back to area and watch the steam engine speed back up to 64rpm
4. Boom
   ...

That the server doesn't crash
