Mechanical arm with Composter issue

Describe the Bug
when a mechanical arm interacts with a composter, it suddenly stops, i've figured out that it happens when the seed doesnt refresh the composter adding a new layer of compost, and also when the composter is full.
so you cannot make a mechanism where the mechanical arm puts seeds into the composter because in some moment it will stop and only continue if you break it and replace it
Reproduction Steps
- place a composter
- place a depot
- connect the mechanical arm to both
- put several seeds into the depot
Expected Result
i expected that the mechanical arm filled up the composter automatically, using all the leftover seeds that i have
