The Analog Lever does not increase the bottom ring of red's brightness when increased power in create version: 1.18.2_v0.5.0c

Describe the Bug
When you increase the output of the analog lever, a ring of redstone at the bottom of the lever is supposed to glow, however since version v0.5.0c, this doesn't happen anymore, and it's confusing to work with, though the f3 menu does help a little.
Reproduction Steps
- Place an analog lever
- Pull it a couple times
- No glowing red ring
Expected Result
- Place an analog lever
- Pull it a couple times
- Red ring gets brighter with every pull
