[1.18.2] Weird Issue Creating New & Joining World

Describe the Bug
When I create a new world I freeze in the loading screen (anywhere from 0-100%) and the only way to close minecraft is from "OpenJDK Platform binary" in Task Manager.
When I join a world it loads fine but when I move the same freeze happens.
Reproduction Steps
(I don't know if this is a mod compatibility issue but.)
- Create new world
- Freeze
- Log stays at x% Preparing Spawn Area
Expected Result
To not freeze

Some mods are either disabled or I'm using one older version because I was just troubleshooting to find what causes this crash

Additional Context
As I said I was just troubleshooting and the moment the crash happened is when I "run" (created the world) minecraft with the latest versions of both Create and Flywheel (0.5.0.d and 0.6.5) for 1.18.2
If this isn't related to Create ,first of all sorry, but I don't know what else to do I have been trying to figure this out three days now
Ok so I did some further testing but this issue is indeed weird, I believe the problem comes from another mod Scaling Health and even if I disable it from Curseforge it still causes the crash, sorry for the unneeded report (I will close this as completed I guess)
