Sequenced gearshifts refuse to rotate

Describe the Bug
A mechanical bearing will do the rotating animation, but it can never place a rotated gearshift. This happens when rotating it from horizontal to vertical orientations.
Reproduction Steps
- Place a bearing, something to power it and a sequenced gearshift in front of the bearing
- Stop the bearing when the sequenced gearshift rotates by 90 degrees
Expected Result
It should be put down as a rotated block
