Overwrite limits of some blocks, signals etc.

Describe the Suggestion
It would be great if you could (in creative mode only) overwrite some limits, for example how far you can build railway, how far does signal go etc.
If you'll add this in newer update, could you add it into 1.18.2 too? Thank you.
