Describe the Suggestion

For aesthetic reasons, it would be great if we could glue minecraft:light blocks to trains and contraptions.

Additional Context

If you either play in creative mode or use a datapack, you can place light blocks down and assign them a light value. This can really make builds look fantastic. It is already possible to put other lights on contraptions, but it seems to regard the minecraft:light block as air and ignores it.

Examples of use:

Glue light blocks on the outside of the train, underneath windows, to create a light casting affect on the ground as the train passes. This would simulate light from the windows of the train cars. Using a light level of around 8 or 10, so you don't see them in sunlight but can see them when going through tunnels, during rain, or at night.
