Certain blocks replaced with others depending on which side of the world im looking at

Describe the Bug
example:I place a deployer while looking north(not exactly what happens but the general idea)and it places a deployer,but if i look south it places a chute
Reproduction Steps
1.place deployer while looking ie north or west
2.
3.
...
Expected Result
i expect to place a deployer but it places something totally different and it depends on the side of the world im looking at and axis and the placement is random.north,east and down it places a deployer while south,west and up it places something else while im holding a deployer
