Dupe glitch with wand of symmetry and vault/fluid tanks

Describe the Bug
When placing vaults or fluid tanks with the wand of symmetry, they get duplicated
Reproduction Steps
- Build one layer of a vault or fluid tank that is larger than 1x1
- Place wand of symmetry mirror in between two of the structures
- Dupe the blocks
(see attached videos)
Expected Result
The blocks do not get duplicated.
