Describe the Bug

A deployer can pick up a fish with a water bucket and it becomes a bucket of fish. When the deployer tries to place the bucket of fish, the water places but the fish gets deleted. The fish just disappears.

Reproduction Steps

1. Put a bucket of fish in a deployer
2. Let the deployer place the bucket of fish
3. The fish will disappear

Expected Result

I expected the bucket of fish to be fully placed, meaning the fish will be in water once the deployer has placed the bucket of fish.

The example here is using a modded bucket of fish, but it does not work with vanilla either.
