Mysterious crash in a congested area

Describe the Bug
I was flying around my world underground in spectator mode, and I crashed randomly when I flew near my underground factory (notable lag causers: cobblestone mining setup, wheat harvester)
Reproduction Steps
- Fly in spectator mode through an area with a lot of large-scale factory machines
- The game will crash
Expected Result
The game would not crash
