Describe the Bug

when a block is placed, it is immediately replace by an other one (example, when I place a andesite casing on the floor, it becomes a black sail). The issue is only present on the server my friends and I play with . the block only drops if I use the right tool to mine the block it is suppose to be.

Reproduction Steps

1.place a create block on the floor ( let's say we place a saw)
2. wait a split second.
3.it becomes an other block (for the saw, it becomes a drill)
...

the write block to be placed
