Multiple people using the toolbox crashes the server

Describe the Bug
After restarting the server, it never reaches a playable state. You need to delete the toolbox's TileEntity so the server boots again.
Reproduction Steps
- Have multiple players place items from the toolbox at the same time
- Crash
Expected Result
No crash, no duplication, etc.
