Describe the Bug

Trying to run a modpack with Create, quite a few additions to create along with some other improvement mods. One of the Addition mods requires Flywheel 1.6.4 and for some reason will not register 1.6.5. After dropping the version of Fly wheel, create, and some of the addon mods the game will not start at all, after some mod tweaking I found out that its create (more specifically any version that isn't create-1.18.2-0.5.0.d.jar) causing the bug.

Reproduction Steps

1. Download the attached modpack
2. Launch Minecraft using said modpack
3. Game refuses to load
   Rotational Engineering-1.0.0.zip

Expected Result

For the game to start normally.

Additional Context

The mod that requires the 1.6.4 version of Flywheel is Create Big Cannons.

It is up to addons to support new Create and Flywheel versions; it is not up to Create and Flywheel to support old addon versions. The developer of Big Cannons has made a nightly build that has support for Create 0.5.0.d and Flywheel 0.6.5.
