Game crashing/wanting to enter safe mode

Describe the Bug
I've just updated my create modpack, and always it does one of following:
- Crashes (Exit code -1)
- Wants to enter Safe mode
Reproduction Steps
just creation of world/loading it
Expected Result
The "Start in Safe Mode" will show

Found solution: Lowered to first working Forge version!
Tho I didn't test with Factory expansion....
