Two rope pulleys connected via shaft makes the other break through blocks

Describe the Bug
Two synchronized rope pulleys don't work as the other one breaks a block and extends beyond the other.
Reproduction Steps
- Using Create Flavored by wedge1453 on curseforge, not tested in vanilla.
- Have two rope pulleys connect via shaft.
- Using mechanical belt on the shaft to convey power.
- Gluing a platform below the ropes together so that there's a elevator platform.
- Applying power to the mechanical belt so that both of the rope pulleys lower at the same time.
- If the ropes extended downward for more than ~6 blocks, the other rope goes through the elevator platform, breaking the first block beneath it. Note, at times less than 6 blocks didn't break it!
- Note that there's at least 3 blocks worth of stone blocks at the bottom of the shaft.

Expected Result
Both pulleys extending the same length and the block not being destroyed.
