Server crash (edit: singleplayer worlds crash too)

Describe the Bug
When I start the server, I can play a little, but some time later the server crashes and gives this error in the crash report: https://mclo.gs/kC07lvf
i played on the server yesterday, it worked perfectly fine
the server is on aternos server host
EDIT
singleplayer worlds crash too with almost the same error:
exception in server tick loop
Error: java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: 'void net.minecraft.server.level.DistanceManager.addRegionTicket(net.minecraft.server.level.TicketType, net.minecraft.world.level.ChunkPos, int, java.lang.Object, boolean)'

- start the server
- some minutes later it crashes

it shouldn't crash

EDIT
i tried other versions compatible with create too, but all of them crashes
Other Mods
server: only flywheel and create
client: xaero's minimap, xaero's worldmap, optifine, jei (and same flywheel + create as the server)

please let me know its the server's error, or the mod's
i think its maybe the server's but im not sure
