Describe the Suggestion

Allow for more configurability for "Fan behind ___" type recipes with datapacks/KubeJS including:

• Ability to limit certain recipes to specific dimensions, e.g: haunting cobblestone to make blackstone only works in the nether
• Ability to set custom source blocks for recipes (e.g. blowing through a torch to turn cobblestone into glowstone)
• Ability to set custom effects for entities standing in streams (e.g. modifying the Blindness effect for bulk haunting)
