Describe the Bug

Whenever I use the Deployers to feed chickens, the chickens keep essentially teleporting outside of their coop. I have tried many ways to potentially fix this issue myself by trying different orientations of my chicken farm but no matter what they always just teleport out and either die of suffocation or simply escape.

Reproduction Steps

1.Make a 1x1 pen for a group of chickens
2.Make sure the floor is made of Chutes and the walls are made of solid blocks (roof isn't required)
3.Place a Deployer so that it feeds the chickens when given rotational force and seeds
4.Turn on the Deployer
5.Watch and wait and eventually you'll no longer have any chickens

Expected Result

The chickens will either escape their enclosure or suffocate in the walls.
