Describe the Suggestion

A special hand crank that villagers can work at. They don't have to have trades but they will spin the crank until they are tired. After this they will not spin it for around 5 minutes. This hand crank has half the speed and stress capacity of a regular one if villagers are using it but you can use the scroll wheel on the crank to adjust the maximum number of villagers to spin it, maximum 3. You can right click it with a wrench to make the villagers spin it one at a time (until one of them is too tired) and then the next villager will spin it. The stress capacity depends on the amount of villagers working at the same time but the speed will not increase.
