Describe the Bug

After a few mod additions, I noticed that the pulse repeater on a test server for a decently large modpack I've been developing has stopped showing the text and bounding box corresponding to the delay length configuration. This occurs with all block configuration fields that use text; however, item filters and the windmill rotation only have the bounding box disappear.

Reproduction Steps

Enter a world (singleplayer or multiplayer), place down any object with configuration (first observed with a pulse repeater), and hover over the central square where text should appear.

Expected Result

Any configuration text on the object, as well as the proper bounding box that determines the area that can safely be scrolled on, does not appear.

Additional Context

As I am more than likely just dumb, I believe this is a compatibility error, but with what I'm not sure; the setup was working fine until the addition of More Overlays, Emojiful, and Redstone Pen, but the issue may be somewhere else.
