As github seems to have problems with merge requests for wikis I'll do it via issue.
I made some changes on the Change-Recips.md:

• Advanced the Tags sections (added a basic explanation for tags and how they can be used)
• Added a List for types added/advanced by your mod (with Machines, type, Shaped, multiple ingredients and addition parameters and information)
• a longer explanation on how the compact works and how recipes are added
• a longer explanation for the mechanical crafter and how the shapes look like.

Update:
A user testet for 9x9 and more for mechanical crafting. With more than 9x9 JEI can't visualise it anymore.
