Suggestion/Feature Request for an enchant to be added.

“Belt Walker”, placed on boots, allows player to walk/run/crouch on any powered belts without being moved by them.

2 level cost.
Can co exist with feather fall, no coexistence with swift sneak.

diving boots already do this.

While the diving boots are fine, the addition of the enchant would allow for extension to vanilla gear or other mod packs gear.
