Train turntable and elevator

Describe the Suggestion
Hello there!
Simple suggestion but maybe hard to implement?
- A turntable for trains....because there are a real life thing!
- A elevator for trains. These are not a real life thing I guess....
but in combination with the turntable it would be one of a heck awesome mining tool to get underground in all kind of directions and elevations! Made me kinda sad that I tried to build these and it didn't work at all....but maybe in a future update perhaps?😁
