Describe the Bug

When contraption turn back to blocks, it breaks anything occupying its space and drop them.
Furthermore, rotating contraptions can go through blocks.

As a result, player can just glue a large amount of cheap block together, mount it on a rotating shaft, and use it to break massive area at once causing serious lag and also make everything unbalanced.

Reproduction Steps

1. get superglue, a large amount of cheap block, a mechanical bearing, and a hand crank
2. superglue all the cheap block together and put a mechanical bearing on a corner of it - preferably somewhere that once it rotates it can get into other blocks
3. use hand crank to turn it
4. get massive amount of drops
5. it is also possible to use multiple hand crank to make the contraption move instead of staying at one point, therefore making it easy to strip mine a whole chunk within seconds, severely break the balance

Expected Result

Possible solutions, maybe can be added as configuration options:

1. the contraption does not turn back to real blocks when inside other block
2. the contraption breaks when its space is occupied and it tries to turn back to real block
3. the block that were replaced by the contraption does not drop

it can be done without any other mod as this is due to design of the Create mod itself

Additional Context

This was not as easy in early versions due to the tedious amount of work for gluing things together (but it is still possible with the use of chassis). With the change in superglue it become easy for this to succeed.

Update: I'm afraid this can also be used in claimed chunks, which can be a concern
