Bad surface generation
ReDeViLzGz opened this issue ยท 6 comments
Describe the Bug
When I create a new world with the 'create' mod some zones are not generated correctly. The surface is transparent and underground areas are visible.
Reproduction Steps
1.Install forge-1.19.2-43.1.28-installer.jar as server
2.Configure and install mods
3.Run
4. Test
...
Expected Result
A correctly generated world, perhaps with small bugs.

Additional Context
If I generate a world only with Create it doesn't seem to happen because of what I think is some incompatibility with another mod.
The same list of mods but without create, it generates a world correctly.
Can you diagnose it?
It seems you are also using shaders, Rubidium and Oculus break Create when using shaders, turn off shaders and it should be fine.
Yes,
I am using Rabidium and oculus and when I disable it, the generation shows ok. Thanks for help.
Is there some shader mod that works correct with create in this version?
Currently not, afaik, sadly, I reccomenned playing without shaders until it gets fixed, you can keep Rubidium for better FPS and Oculus for later ease of instalation when it gets fixed. Also you could get Lucent for dynamic lights, its not shaders, but its something
Seems I am suffering the same issue except turning off shades does not fix my issue me and a buddy on the server had been trying for a minute to troubleshoot the issues. They also seem random and don't seem to share a common block or item. Except there is always guaranteed to be one with the pregenerated minecolony abandoned villages and normal vanilla villages
