1.19 version has strange underwater issues

Hi there, I just installed the 1.19 version of the mod and I'm having strange issues when underwater and using the diving helmet. With the mod installed, the underwater fog is messed up. I attached two screenshots. The first is without the helmet. The second is with the helmet. Just fyi, I use Terralith for deeper oceans. I'm looking up at the floating islands above the water.
I also tested this with and without Rubidium installed. It's the same issue each time.
I'm using Minecraft 1.19.2 with Forge 43.1.28
when I removed Create, the underwater problems stop.
Rubidium is discontinued. If you can reproduce this with embeddium then open a new issue
Have you got a modlist with versions that you can post? If I can fiddle around with it that would be interesting. Another thing to try would be instead of using the divers helmet, go underwater and give yourself the water breathing effect - both with and without create (the divers helmet gives you that when underwater).
Sure thing. Here you go:
Also I did a bit more testing. With just a water breathing potion, the glitch doesn't happen. However, when I built a little glass room at the ocean floor and looked up, it was the same effect. Also, I found that this exact same thing happens on 1.18.2. So it's not just 1.19. These two screenshots are from inside the little room. You can see the floating island through the ocean, as well as the setting sun through the water. This is exactly what happens when wearing the helmet.
Here are the screenshots from 1.18.2. The first is without anything. Normal underwater fog.
The next is with just water breathing. Notice the fog is still there.
The third is with just the helmet. Notice how the fog is now gone.
I presume it’s the glass then that’s the problem - create probably applies the same effect as looking through glass when you have the helmet on. I’d put this down to Terralith or flywheel/rubidium (iirc they change how Minecraft renders).
Maybe try without either rubidium or create and flywheel and see if that fixes it? Do these on a test instance though, not on the one where you have all your progress!
This is an issue with terralith then, so you can probably close this. There might be a config option I’m unaware of to change the helmet - have a look around and see.
