I have an idea for Create mod. There could be functional vehicles. You can build them just like the train. You can make cars and trucks and drive them.

An addon for this is in development (look for Create Aeronautics) but the developers of Create proper have confirmed that no such thing will be coming to the game.

Create Aero will add planes, if your looking for cars check out create offroad expansion.
