Piglins cannot conduct trains safely in the overworld

Describe the Bug
I was having an enjoyable time shoving random mobs onto trains in a creative world to see the little conductor hats when I discovered this odd behavior. When a piglin changes from unzombified to zombified, the Create train detects that the driver has gone missing.
The piglin will begin floating in the air, disconnected from the train. It will continue to make piglin noises and be collidable, and you can kill it, but if you close and reopen the world, it's gone no matter what you did to it.
Reproduction Steps
- Create train with two stations for scheduling
- Coerce Piglin into driving it
- Give it a schedule
- Wait for Piglin to zombify
- Observe when pigs fly
Expected Result
Train does not lose driver. At the very least, train does not lose driver in fabric of reality, but preferably it does not lose driver at all.
