• Yes, the previous version worked just fine (v0.1.1) (only mechanical belt textures were buggy which I reported on #24)
• I launch the game and after the Forge loading screen (before showing the main menu) the game crashes and jumps out.

Would you mind trying a newer version of Forge? 28.1.0 has been around for a long time and is missing a lot of crucial functionality required by certain mods including Create. Anything newer than 28.1.20 should work better.

I just loaded the latest version of Forge and OptiFine, the mod loaded successfully but the Mechanical Belt texture is still bugging (#24)
