If you set a world to use Terraforged, setting disableWorldGen to true in the Create config only stops ore from being generated; all other decorative blocks are unaffected by this: Gabbro, Scoria, Limestone, etc...

I already have Quark which adds a bunch of underground decorative blocks, so it'd be nice to be able to turn this off for all world gen features.

Quickfix: If you have crafttweaker or kubejs installed you can remove the block tag <tag:forge:wg_stone> from those stone variants and they will no longer generate with TerraForged world gen.

Create world gen also generates ores, copper and zinc, I would not suggest disabling the ores part.
Thoses ores are necessary in making new stuff.

@SamL2020 Yeah I was originally testing the enabled flags which didn't work so I resorted to the global disableWorldGen and when it still didn't work, that's when I came here. I definitely want the zinc to spawn since I have no other mods that add zinc.
