Ditchbulbs from the Undergarden can't be harvested

Describe the Bug
Ditchbulbs, a bush-like crop from the Undergarden mod, cannot be harvested by Mechanical Harvesters.
Reproduction Steps
- set up ditchbulb farm
- implement mechanical harvesters
Expected Result
The mechanical harvesters should pick the ditchbulb plants

I suspect this is because Ditchbulbs "age" NBT only ranges from 0 to 1. They only have two stages, bearing a ditchbulb and not.
Would this have to be fixed on the Undergarden's side, or is this something to consider for Create?
