Describe the Suggestion

This would be a good way to get certain blocks in the game that bulk washing doesn't completely make sense to do or already do. It would also be a good way to add another recipe block for modpack creators to use.

Some recipes could include magma blocks to basalt, or packed ice to blue ice. It would also give a way for other mods such as quark to create permafrost, or maybe frosting/ice cream for food mods,
