o/ I got a bugreport with a Incompat between IC2Classic and Create

TinyModularThings/IC2Classic#509

Would be nice if we could address this?
Is there some API that I could call to say what "Crafting Recipes" should be hidden?

Basically IC2C has a few hidden recipes for those in the know, which are not required but nice to have.
And these should stay hidden unless someone wants to unhide them.

Reproduction Steps

• 1: Install Create
• 2: Install IC2Classic
• 3: Install JEI
• 4: Lookup Recipe for UU
• 5: Find loads of recipes you are not supposed to see.

Expected Result

Allow hidden recipes to be hidden.
