3. Download Create (1.19.2 v0.5.0f)
4. Play and Wait
5. Crash

"new Forge+new Optifine = Crash" is exactly correct, which means this is not a Create issue. Optifine crashes with Forge versions above 43.1.23 so downgrading Forge will fix it.
