Describe the Bug
Rose quartz lamps do not work with other mod's comparators, nor comparators behind a block.
Reproduction Steps
1.place rose quartz lamp
2.use a comparator equivalent from another mod or use a comparator from behind a solid block.
Expected Result
The rose quartz lamp should work like other blocks with a comparator output.
