Game crashes when I try to place or ponder the item

Describe the Bug
When I try to ponder an item it crashes minecraft, and when I try to place an item it crashes minecraft. As far as I can tell it is only for the mechanical blocks as I can for instance use the tools and wear the goggles. Not sure if it matters but I will point out that I am in a server (of my own creation) with other mods as well.
Reproduction Steps
- Create a Forge server
- Put all of my mods onto server (in list of mods at bottom)
- Join server
- Try to place a block
- After restarting from the crash that will inevitably happen rejoin
- Try to ponder an item
- Game crashes a second time
Expected Result
The blocks to place, and the ponder feature to work with no issues.

Additional Context
The only things that I really changed about the world is that I have the cities set to spawn and I turned off the really destructive setting of the physics mod where things just collapse if you break pretty much anything, but I doubt either of those things would have done anything.
