No sounds from Create are counted as vibrations

Describe the Bug

While messing with the dev branch for Create 1.19, I noticed that no sounds are counted as vibrations for things like Sculk Sensors and the Warden, when many probably should count as vibrations.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Place a mixer or other item that makes sounds and have it running
  2. Place a Sculk Sensor nearby
  3. Notice that the Sculk Sensor never activates

Expected Result

I would expect that many of the sounds from Create would count as vibrations, but as of now none of them do. After a bit of poking around I found that there is no vibrations.json file under /data/minecraft/tags/game_events/ that would define which sounds are counted as vibrations
