Brass Casings don't display correctly on S-N and W-E upwards belts

It appears the top/bottom textures are inverted when going up from South to North and from West to East as shown above.
Version: Create-mc1.15.2_v0.2.4d
This should be fixed in 6511cbc, at least it does not show up in my dev build anymore
