Funnel gets blocked by item entities, even if there is a chute under it

Describe the Bug
When an item is thrown at the edge of chute that is placed under a funnel, it blocks the funnel from putting items into the chute.

Expected Result
Funnels shouldn't get blocked by items when there is a chute under them.
