Unable to control trains in VR

Describe the Bug
You cannot control the trains while in VR. Does not recognize the joystick movement as WASD movements.
Reproduction Steps
1.Launch game in VR
2.Get on train and activate the controls
3.attempt movement.

Expected Result
The expected result is that the train will move. However it does not.
