Is there a possibility to make mods for create, like enchantment factory, or drilling mod, in mccreator, working with the same recipes as create, maybe also add ponderings?

I'm only partially answering your question, but to define recipes, you just need a data pack, not a mod. Look at how Create does it here. For all the MCreator-related stuff, I unfortunately can't help you. What I can tell you for sure is that you need your block entity to somehow be a subclass of KineticTileEntity if you want to receive rotational power, because that is hardcoded in Create.
